- How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?
- With us it works out from as low as $20 a unit. A single unit is $50; two is $60, three $75, four $90, five $110 and six $120 — which is $20 each. There is no GST on top and no call-out charge added to a booked service.
- How often should aircon be serviced?
- Every three months for a typical home. Units running daily in a bedroom, or in a home with pets, benefit from a slightly shorter interval. A chemical overhaul is usually once a year.
- What is included in a general service?
- Filter washing, front cover washing, blower wheel cleaning where the model allows, drainage pipe vacuum and water tray clearing. Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty.
- What is the difference between general servicing and a chemical overhaul?
- General servicing cleans the accessible parts with the unit in place. A chemical overhaul takes the unit apart completely so every component can be inspected and chemically flushed, then reassembled and tested. Overhaul is $130 for the first unit and a promotional $88 for each unit after.
- Do you charge a call-out fee?
- Only if you do not know what is wrong and want us to diagnose it first. That call-out is $50, or $120 for VRV and VRF systems, and it is free if we go on to do the work.
- Do you charge GST?
- No. The price quoted is the price you pay, with nothing added at the end.
- Do you service condos, landed homes and offices as well as HDB flats?
- Yes, island-wide. The ladder above is for residential wall-mounted units; ceiling cassettes, VRV and VRF systems and commercial premises are quoted separately, and we confirm the price before starting.
