Aircon servicing in Woodlands
Our workshop is at 21 Woodlands Close, so Woodlands is not an area we travel out to — it is where the vans start and end the day. That matters mostly for one thing: when a unit stops cooling in the evening and you need someone the same day, this is the part of Singapore we can most often say yes to.
Prices are the same here as anywhere else on the island. General servicing is $50 for one unit and $120 for 6, which works out at $20 each. There is no travel surcharge for Woodlands and there is none for anywhere else either.
HDB flats and condos, both
Most of what we do in Woodlands is wall-mounted fan coils in HDB flats — the standard three and four-unit systems. We also do the condos along the waterfront and the newer developments, where ceiling cassettes are more common. Cassettes are quoted per site rather than off the ladder, because they have to come down from the ceiling and that takes longer.
Multi-unit visits are the cheapest way to do it
The per-unit price falls with the number of units because the travel and setup cost is fixed. In a Woodlands block that makes neighbours worth asking — two flats done in one visit costs each household less than two separate call-outs, and we are already in the lift lobby.
Commercial units in the industrial estate
Primz Bizhub and the surrounding light-industrial blocks are on our doorstep. Offices, workshops and small F&B units are quoted per site, because unit types and access vary far too much for a flat rate to be honest.

Questions about Woodlands
- Do you charge extra to come to Woodlands?
- No. There is no travel charge for Woodlands or for anywhere else in Singapore. The price you are quoted for the units is the price.
- Can you come the same day in Woodlands?
- Often, yes — it is the area we are closest to and we are open 8am to midnight every day including public holidays. Same-day depends on how the day is already booked, so tell us it is urgent and we will say honestly whether we can fit you in rather than promising and missing.
- How much is aircon servicing in Woodlands?
- The same as everywhere: $50 for one unit, down to $20 a unit at 6 units. A chemical overhaul is $130 for the first unit and $88 after. A repair call-out is $50, and is not charged if we do the repair.
