We are a Singapore aircon servicing and repair company, registered as LM Brothers Aircond Pte Ltd and working out of 21 Woodlands Close, #07-45 Primz Bizhub. We have been doing this for more than 10 years, and in that time 464 customers have left us a Google review averaging 4.9.
Most of our work is routine: cleaning units in HDB flats and condos so they keep working. The rest is repairs, gas, overhauls and installations, for homes and for offices, shops and F&B units across the island.
How we work
- The price is agreed before we start
- For servicing it is on the price list. For repairs we diagnose first, then give you one number covering parts and labour. Nothing is added at the end.
- No GST
- The figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Nothing gets added on at the door.
- 90-day workmanship warranty
- On every job. If something we worked on fails within 90 days because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at no charge.
- We tell you when not to spend
- If a unit is not worth repairing we say so, and if a general service will fix what you thought needed an overhaul, you get the general service.
What we charge
General servicing runs from as low as $20 a unit depending on how many you have done in one visit. Repairs start with a $50 diagnostic call-out — $120 for VRV and VRF — which is free if we go on to do the work. Where we work
Island-wide, seven days a week, 8am to midnight. We are based in Woodlands, so the north and north-west are quickest for us, but we cover the whole island and there is no travel charge anywhere in Singapore.
