Selvan and team from LM Brothers Aircon were helpful today in my first but long overdue servicing needed (I had overlooked to look into this for the longest time) which certainly makes their tasks a lot more challenging. They were able to diagnose and give me assurance on my concerns. Cleaning was good, and also happened within the scheduled window which they arranged and came earlier after confirming with me. I should add that when I WA the Company for an appointment earlier in the week, the process is prompt, easy and clear with costings stated upfront. Kudos to the Team. Also to be clear, they had ladder and equipment but I had no space to afford and asked them to stand on my sofa instead and that its ok, hence they layered the sheets they brought with them to do the servicing.

I had a great experience with Selvan and Ravi when they came to service our air conditioning units on Saturday. They were very thorough with the standard cleaning and vacuuming. I mentioned that one of the units had a bad smell, and they managed to fix the issue promptly. They also noticed that our outdoor compressor units were heavily clogged with dust and proactively recommended a wash to keep everything running efficiently. I really appreciate how thorough, proactive, and detailed they were in checking and examining all the units. Highly recommended!

Really appreciated their fast appointment booking unlike some other companies that get very stuck up and delay appointments once they become popular. The aircon servicing was very thorough. Thanks to the technician, Selvan who performed a chemical flush to clear the internal blockage and assured me that the leaking issue is completely resolved. He was also very polite and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly unlike technicians from other companies who can be quite arrogant and impatient. Before leaving, he even asked me to check that my room and toilet were clean after his work was done. Truly responsible service, and I really hope they maintain this excellent level of customer service! Will definitely be using their service again, thanks to the team!

Engaged them as my aircon wasn't cold, I message them in the middle of the night and the next morning they return my message. An appointment was made the next day which was a Saturday. The team that came did a thorough check on the aircon unit and the compressor to find out what was wrong with it. They did a professional proposal to do a chemical wash on the unit and top up the gas as it was low. When all these were done the aircon performed well again. Great job.
