Privacy policy

How LM Brothers Aircond Pte Ltd handles personal data, and what the cookies on this site do. Last updated 17 August 2026.

Who we are

LM Brothers Aircond Pte Ltd, 21 Woodlands Close, #07-45 Primz Bizhub, Singapore 737854. We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described here, and we handle it under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect from you

If you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number and whatever you write in the message. If you WhatsApp, call or email us instead, we hold whatever you send us through that channel.

When we carry out work we also record your address and the details of the job, because we cannot service a unit without knowing where it is, and we cannot honour the 90-day workmanship warranty without a record of what we did.

We collect this to quote for work, schedule it, carry it out and support it afterwards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your phone number for marketing you haven’t asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies set by Google for two purposes. Both are about understanding how the site is used — neither is used to identify you personally to us.

Google Analytics 4

Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and which pages lead to an enquiry. It sets cookies to recognise a repeat visit so a returning reader isn’t counted twice. We have IP anonymisation switched on, so Google truncates your IP address before storing it. We use this to work out which pages are worth improving, nothing more.

Google Ads

We advertise on Google. If you arrive from one of our ads, a cookie records that the visit came from that ad, so that if you then message or call us we can tell which ads are actually producing work. This is called conversion tracking. It may also be used to show you our ads again on other sites you visit.

TikTok

There is a TikTok video on our home page. It does not load until you press play — up to that point you see a still image served from this site, and TikTok is not contacted and sets nothing. If you do press play, TikTok’s player loads and they may set cookies of their own, in the same way as visiting a video on their site. That is your choice to make, which is why the video is not loaded for you in advance.

These cookies are set by Google, not by us, and the data goes to Google. Their handling is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Turning the tracking off

You have a few options, none of which affect the site working:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser can do this, and most can block third-party cookies specifically.
  • Install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, which stops Analytics on every site, not just ours.
  • Turn off ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

Who else sees your data

Google, for the analytics and advertising described above. Our email provider, when we reply to an enquiry. Nobody else — we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not pass your details to other contractors.

Contact form submissions are stored on our own server rather than a third-party form service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become jobs are kept for about a year, in case you come back to us. Job records are kept longer, because they are what a warranty claim is checked against and what our accounts are based on. Analytics data follows Google’s own retention settings.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it, ask us to correct anything wrong, and withdraw your consent to us holding it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer service your units or honour an existing warranty, and we will tell you if that is the case before acting.
