Aircon servicing in Singapore, priced before you call
Almost every aircon company in Singapore makes you ask what it costs. We publish it. A general service is $50 for one unit and $120 for six — $20 each, with no GST on top.

- Servicing is on the list at $50. Repairs get diagnosed first and quoted as one number covering parts and labour. Nothing appears on the bill that you did not agree to.

- If a general service will fix what you thought needed an overhaul, you get the general service. If a unit is not worth repairing, we tell you that instead of taking the money.

Before you book
- How do I know if my aircon needs servicing or repair?
- If it still cools but not as well as it did, or it has been more than three months, it needs a service. If it is leaking water, making a new noise, blinking a light or not cooling at all, that is a repair. If you are not sure, tell us the symptom and we will say which one it is before we come.
- Do you charge extra for weekends or public holidays?
- No. The price is the same seven days a week, and we are open 8am to midnight every day including public holidays.
- Do you cover my area?
- Anywhere in Singapore, with no travel charge. We are based in Woodlands, so the north and north-west usually have the earliest slots, but we work island-wide every day.
- Can you come today?
- We offer same-day servicing, subject to team availability. If it is urgent — a leak, or a unit that has stopped altogether — tell us and we will try to fit you in. Otherwise we book you the next available slot, usually the following day. We are open 8am to midnight every day including public holidays.
- Do you service commercial premises?
- Yes — offices, shops and F&B, including ceiling cassettes and VRV/VRF systems. Commercial jobs are quoted per site rather than off the residential price list, because unit types and access vary too much for a flat rate to be honest.
- What happens if something goes wrong after you leave?
- Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something we worked on fails within that time because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at no charge.
