Aircon servicing in Punggol
Punggol is one of the newest towns in Singapore, and the aircon work here looks different from the mature estates because of it. Most systems are under fifteen years old, plenty are under five, and a lot of what we do is first services on BTO units rather than rescuing neglected ones.

A new system does not stay clean because it is new. Singapore humidity puts mould on the wet parts of an indoor unit within months regardless of age, and the first thing most people notice is a smell rather than weak cooling. Starting a three-monthly rhythm from the beginning is the cheapest way to own an aircon.
A whole BTO flat in one visit
Most BTO layouts here run three or four fan coils off one condenser. Doing the lot in a single visit is $75 for three or $90 for four, rather than paying a call-out each time — the per-unit rate is the reason to do them together.
Installation and moving units
New flats also mean new installs, replacements and moving an existing set. Installation is quoted per site rather than from a list, because pipe runs, brackets and access vary too much between blocks for a flat rate to be honest.

Questions about Punggol
- My BTO is only two years old. Does it need servicing yet?
- Yes. Age is not what dirties an aircon — use and humidity are. A two-year-old unit in regular use in Singapore will already have dust on the blower wheel and mould starting in the drainage tray. Every three to four months is the right rhythm from day one.
- How much for a three-room BTO with three units?
- $75 for the visit, all three units cleaned — filters, front covers, blower wheels where the model allows, drainage vacuumed and the water tray cleared. No GST, and a 90-day workmanship warranty.
- Do you install aircon in Punggol?
