What to tell us
Four things let us quote and book you in a single reply instead of a back-and-forth:
- How many units, and whether they are wall-mounted, ceiling cassette or VRV/VRF
- What is happening — not cooling, leaking, noisy, or just due for a clean
- Your area, so we can tell you what slots are realistic
- Whether it is a home or a commercial premises
A photo of the unit helps more than anything else, and if there is a blinking light, the number of blinks is usually the fault code — tell us the pattern and we can often work out what is wrong before we set off.
When you’ll hear back
Usually within the hour while we are open, which is 8am to midnight every day including weekends and public holidays. Same-day slots come up most days but we cannot promise one — message us and we will tell you honestly what is free rather than book you in and reschedule later.
We cover the whole island with no travel charge. We are based in Woodlands, so the north and north-west tend to have the earliest availability.
