A mature estate, and the units show it
Much of Yishun went up in the 1980s, and a good share of the systems we open here have been on the wall a long time. Age on its own is not a problem — an old unit cleans up the same as a new one for the same price. What age changes is the odds of finding a tired fan bearing or a drain that has silted up, and those get quoted before we touch them.
When a wash will not bring the cold back
The most common call from Yishun is a unit that runs but no longer cools. If it has been more than a year, the grime is usually baked onto the coil and a surface clean will not shift it — that is a chemical overhaul at $130 for the first unit. We will say which one you need after looking, not before.
Northern availability is genuinely better
We cover the whole island at the same price, but the north is where the vans already are. If you need someone today rather than tomorrow, Yishun is one of the better places in Singapore to be asking from.

- Often the same day. Our workshop is in Woodlands, one town over, so Yishun is among the closest areas we serve — but it still depends on how the day is booked. Tell us it is urgent and we will give you a straight answer rather than a hopeful one.
- My Yishun flat has old aircon. Is it still worth servicing?
- Usually yes. Cleaning an old unit costs the same as cleaning a new one, and it is far cheaper than replacing a unit that failed from neglect. If we open it up and find something genuinely worn out, we will tell you it is not worth the spend rather than take the money.
- Do you charge more to come to Yishun?
